Michelle Tinsley

Michelle Tinsley is an accomplished business leader currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Sciata since June 2024, specializing in transforming data insights into actionable intelligence. Tinsley founded Tinsley Retail Insights in January 2018 and has been CEO there since. Additionally, Tinsley serves as an Advisory Board Member at WealthVP, a FinTech company providing a platform for connecting companies seeking private funding with investors, and holds the title of UBS Fellow at The Fourth Floor, which promotes gender diversity in boardrooms and funding opportunities. Tinsley's previous roles include co-founding the on-demand EHS professional platform YellowBird and serving on the Board of Directors at QuikTrip. With extensive experience at Intel Corporation spanning from 1992 to 2017, Tinsley held several director-level positions, focusing on retail sales and transactional retail solutions. Tinsley earned an MBA in Finance and Supply Chain from W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Marketing from the University of Oregon.
