Abdullah is a Project Lead Research Scientist at The Francis Crick Institute with a background in Synthetic Biology. Abdullah has experience in developing novel CRISPR-Cas based tools and has worked in various research and laboratory technician roles at institutions such as London Metropolitan University and Kingsdale Foundation. Abdullah holds a Doctoral training in Synthetic Biology from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, a Master's degree in Molecular Genetics from the University of Leicester, and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from London South Bank University.
