Christopher Cheshire

Christopher Cheshire, PhD, is an experienced Head of Pipelines Technology at The Francis Crick Institute and Honorary Lecturer at UCL. With a background in Genetics and Bioinformatics, Christopher has also worked as a Senior Analyst/Programmer at ChromeSphere and as a Consultant Bioinformatician at Mitra bio and Omixy. Christopher's expertise includes bioinformatics, genomics pipeline design and implementation, and developing data analysis pipelines using Nextflow and AWS.
