Michelle Vruwink is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in education and health policy. As the Founder and Executive Director of The Franklin School of Innovation since January 2013, Michelle has dedicated efforts to cultivate the next generation of leaders through innovative education. Michelle co-founded Arroyo Research Services in 2005, where the role of Director involves leading health and education evaluations and consulting. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Consultant at Pacific Health Policy Group, Acting Director at NYC Mayor's Office of Medicaid Managed Care, and Associate at NYC Mayor's Office of Health Policy, contributing significantly to health policy evaluation and program management. Michelle holds a Master of Public Administration from NYU's Wagner School of Public Service, as well as a Bachelor's degree from Central College.
