Wendy Migdal

Wendy Migdal is a seasoned curriculum editor and freelance journalist with extensive experience in the education sector. Currently serving as a Curriculum Editor at TCI since December 2021, Wendy updates and edits K-12 social studies textbooks while also writing original text and ancillary content. As a freelance journalist at The Free Lance-Star since April 2017, Wendy created the Retro Reads column, highlighting historical stories to enrich community understanding. Wendy's previous roles include Education Writer at Albert | Learn By Doing, Customizations Writer at K12, and a lengthy tenure as a Teacher at Spotsylvania County Schools. Wendy holds a Master of Arts in Teaching from Kent State University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Grove City College.
