Julia S.

Julia S. is an intern at The Free Press since June 2023, where Julia works in editorial and operations. Prior to this, Julia worked as a research assistant at The Hoover Institution at Stanford University from October 2022 to May 2023, focusing on research on insurgencies. Julia also held a similar role at the Stanford Internet Observatory from February 2022 to December 2022. Julia S. has experience as a farmhand at The Farm & Fiddle in June 2021. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Comparative Literature at Stanford University, Julia completed their high school education at Marlborough School in 2020.
