Sharon Dalton

Sharon (Shay) Dalton is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning and leadership development, currently serving as the Director of Learning and Leadership Development at The Fresh Market since August 2019. In this role, Sharon leads a team focused on executing the learning strategy for store and corporate team members, developing talent management initiatives, and launching key initiatives such as the Learning Management System and DEI programs. Prior experience includes consulting at Dover Fueling Solutions and leading talent management and organizational development at Unifi Manufacturing, Inc. and Avery Dennison. Sharon's expertise encompasses talent management, instructional design, change management, and project leadership, backed by a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing Management from Virginia Tech.
