Emily Bucior

Emily Bucior currently serves as the Director of Franchise Operations and General Manager at The Fresh Monkee since January 2024. Previous experience includes roles as a Service Specialist and Associate Service Specialist at HCP Concierge from September 2022 to January 2024, as well as a Bartender and Assistant Graphic Designer at Teds Restaurant and Bar, Grapevine Catering LLC from May 2022 to May 2023. Emily has also worked at UConn Recreation as a Competitive Sports Official from August 2021 to April 2022, and at Lakeview Restaurant and Bar as a Drink Runner from June 2021 to January 2022. Earlier roles include a Shake Barista and Weekend Manager at The Fresh Monkee from August 2016 to June 2019, and a Sandwich Maker at Subway from September 2017 to January 2018. Emily Bucior earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Connecticut, completing the degree in 2022.
