Peter Vitello

Peter Vitello is an experienced general manager with a solid background in the restaurant and hospitality industry, currently serving as the general manager at The Friendly Toast Restaurant since February 2023. Peter has held several significant roles, including general manager positions at Bullspit Brewing, Craft Food Halls, Wormtown Brewery, and British Beer Company, demonstrating expertise in overseeing front-of-house operations, hiring and scheduling staff, cash handling, and customer service.
