Robert O'Brien

Robert O'Brien has over seven years of experience as a chef, with a focus on executive and head chef positions. Robert most recently served as an Executive Chef at Unidine since August 2020. Prior to that, they held the role of Head Chef at The Friendly Toast Restaurant starting in June 2018. Before that, they worked at Distinctive Hospitality Group as an Executive Chef and Sous Chef from March 2016. From March 2015 to November 2016, they served as an Executive Chef at Meadow Brook Golf Club. Robert started their career as a Head Chef at Hale St Tavern, where they worked from June 2013 to February 2015.

Robert O'Brien earned an Associates degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Johnson & Wales University, where they attended from 2007 to 2009.
