Frances LeBlanc

Frances LeBlanc currently serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of The Friends of The Moncton Hospital Foundation since November 2024. Previous roles include Chief Executive Officer of Hospice Southeast New Brunswick from June 2022 to November 2024 and Chief Executive Officer of the Prince Edward Island Chiropractic Association from August 2019 to November 2024. Frances has also held significant positions such as Registrar and Special Advisor for the New Brunswick Chiropractors Association, along with roles in government affairs at the Canadian Chiropractic Association. A chiropractor since January 2011, Frances has a robust educational background with a Doctorate in Chiropractic from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, a Master’s in Arts in Social Psychology from Université de Moncton, and a Master of Public Policy, Administration and Law from York University.
