Susan Friedman

Susan Friedman, SPHR has a strong background in human resources and has held various leadership roles throughout their career. Susan is currently the Director of Human Resources at The FruitGuys since 2018. Prior to that, they were the Human Resources Director at Canyon Market from 2014 to 2018. Before that, they served as the General Manager and COO at Kid Chow, LLC from 2012 to 2014, where they were responsible for overall operations, finance, payroll, and human resources functions. Susan also worked at Macy's from 2001 to 2012, holding positions such as Regional Director of Associate Relations and Manager of Employee Relations. In these roles, they implemented employee-centric programs, improved customer service and employee engagement, and successfully handled employee disputes and investigations. Susan has consistently demonstrated their ability to optimize processes, reduce costs, and drive results in the field of human resources.

Susan Friedman, SPHR holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Hartford.
