Juan Serrano has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology. Juan started their career at Microsoft as a Personal Computer Support Technician in March 2017, providing technical assistance for computer-related issues. Juan then joined Google in July 2019, where they held multiple roles. As an Application Support Analyst, they supported Google Chrome browser and Chrome OS, optimizing and remotely managing Chrome Enterprise. Juan also specialized in migrating various platforms to Google Workspace, including Google Workspace, Office 365, and on-premise Microsoft Exchange. In addition, they managed BYOD and COD devices for accessing organizational data. Juan's most recent role was at The Functionary as a Help Desk Analyst L2, starting in April 2023.

In 2023, they obtained the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals AZ-900 certification from Microsoft, as well as the Professional ChromeOS Administrator certification from ChromeOS.
