Nancy Wilde has a diverse work experience background. Nancy started their career in 1990 as a Buyer at Marks and Spencer and worked there until 1995. From 1996 to 2000, they worked as a Design Executive at Stirling Group. In 2000, they became the Director and Co-owner of The Furniture Practice. In 2012, they started their own company, Nancy Wilde Coaching, where they worked as the Owner. Since 2015, they have been working as a Business & Life Coach at Haddon Coaching.

Nancy Wilde has a BA Hons degree in Economics from The University of Sheffield, which they completed from 1985 to 1988. Nancy has also undergone professional training in coaching, including the Certified Professional Co-Active Coach Field Of Study Coaching (CPCC) from Coaches Training Institute in 2012-2013, and Organisational & Relationship Systems Coach Training (ORSC) from the Center for Right Relationship (CRR Global) since 2013. Nancy is also a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaches Federation (ICF), holding this certification from 2012 to 2017. Additionally, Nancy has engaged in studies with the NLP Learning Partnership in 2017, although no degree was specified.
