Johan Haije is an experienced professional in agile methodologies and project management, currently serving as a Scrummaster at The Future Group and Nederlandse Voedsel- en Warenautoriteit (NVWA). With a career that spans over two decades, Johan has held various roles, including Agile Business Consultant at STONE | Interim & Detachering and Project Leader at Nouvital Cosmetics, where a notable transition to agile work practices was implemented. Johan's expertise includes their contributions to the AERIUS software project at the Ministry of Economic Affairs, where a waterfall methodology was transformed into a Scrum methodology. Academic qualifications include a degree in Informatics from The Hague University of Applied Sciences and certification as a ScrumMaster.
