Karl Schöttler has over 30 years of work experience in various roles related to project management, software development, and agile coaching. Karl has worked for companies such as The Future Group, TNO, CIMSOLUTIONS, Wortell, AMC, OVSoftware, GAD, noventum consulting GmbH, and Robert Bosch.

Their most recent position was at The Future Group, where they served as a Scaling Agile Scrum Master. Karl guided four development teams and helped them find better ways of working and collaborating.

From 1982 to 1983, Karl pursued Fachabitur in Elektrotechnik.
