Sylvie Kleinlangevelsloo

Sylvie Kleinlangevelsloo has a diverse work experience in the field of Information Analysis and Business Analysis. Sylvie has worked for various companies and organizations in the Netherlands, including Transavia, The Future Group, Ahold Delhaize, PLUS Retail, Centraal Orgaan opvang asielzoekers (COA), Nederlandse Spoorwegen, de Rechtspraak, ANWB, Centraal Bureau voor de Statistiek, and Nationale Postcode Loterij.

Throughout their career, Sylvie has been involved in analyzing and documenting business requirements, writing functional designs, and collaborating with stakeholders. Sylvie has actively participated in projects related to software development, process optimization, and automation. Sylvie has also gained experience in working with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum, and has taken on roles such as Scrum Master and Tester.

Sylvie Kleinlangevelsloo began their education at Alkwin Kollege in Uithoorn from 1990 to 1996, where they earned their VWO degree. Sylvie then attended Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Commerciële Economie.

In addition to their formal education, Sylvie has obtained several certifications. In 2015, they earned the IREB Foundation (CPRE) certification from iSQI GmbH. In 2016, they obtained the Professional Scrum Master I and Professional Scrum Product Owner I certifications from Scrum.org. In 2018, they achieved the Scaled Professional Scrum certification from Scrum.org and the RE@Agile Primer certification from iSQI GmbH. In 2019, they earned the Prosci Change Management certification from The People Side of Change. More recently, in 2021, they obtained the WSET1 certification from Wijnstudio: Erkend Onderwijsinstituut. Finally, in 2022, they obtained the ArchiMate 3 Part 1 (Foundation) certification from Pearson VUE.
