Margaret Regan has a diverse and extensive work experience. Margaret started their career in 1975 as the Vice President of Human Resources at Con Edison, where they redesigned and led the HR function for the company and implemented initiatives to enhance morale and productivity.

In 1980, Regan joined The New York Chamber of Commerce & Industry as the Senior Vice President, where they were responsible for the HR consulting practice for Fortune 500 companies in New York City. Margaret worked closely with leading CEOs to address emerging HR issues and represented the organization in various public forums.

In 1987, Regan joined Towers Perrin, where they held multiple leadership roles. As the Principal and Human Capital Management Global Practice Leader, they managed a practice of 100 consultants and generated revenue of $25 million. Margaret specialized in areas such as HR management, HR function effectiveness, diversity management, and reinvention of HR. Regan successfully led the reinvention and restructuring of HR in various companies such as MetLife, Reuters, and Chase Manhattan.

Since 2002, Regan has served as the President & CEO of The FutureWork Institute, Inc. This global consulting firm focuses on translating future trends to transform organizations and create inclusive and flexible work environments. The Institute operates worldwide and fosters innovation and change to address current and future workplace issues.
