Lance Ward

Lance Ward has extensive experience in various roles and industries. Lance currently serves as the Managing Partner at The Gap Partnership, a global negotiation consultancy. Lance previously held the position of Executive Vice President - Consulting at the same company. Before joining The Gap Partnership, Lance was the Vice President at the company from 2013 to 2019. Prior to that, they worked as the President at Carbon Solutions, where they negotiated a Joint Venture agreement and managed the development of an emerging pyrolysis technology. Lance also served as the President at BodyBlocks Nutrition Systems, overseeing operations, sales, and marketing. Lance launched the N Motion brand in the USA and implemented a successful sales strategy. Earlier in their career, Lance worked as a Product Manager at Siebel Systems and as an Associate at Accel-KKR, where they performed deal sourcing and developed strategic plans for portfolio companies. Lance started their career as an Engagement Manager at Arthur Andersen and as a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company.

Lance Ward completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering at Stanford University from 1992 to 1996. Lance then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Harvard Business School from 2000 to 2002.
