Dani Brennan has worked in multiple industries since 2002, beginning as a Regional Director of Business Development for National Companies. From 2008 to 2010, they were the Director of Healthcare Admissions for a Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, where they increased the census from 20 beds to a consistently maintained 30 bed skilled nursing census. From 2010 to 2012, they were the Regional Operations Manager for a National Occupational Healthcare Company, where they managed staff of 8 FTEs and 60 PRN and refined the regional training program. From 2012 to 2015, they were the Supervisory Case Manager for a Non-Profit Organization, where they handled supervisory case management and developed and implemented the non-profit's Orientation and Training Program. From 2015 to 2016, they were the Vice President of ACO Administration for a Managed Healthcare Company, where they were the Executive Officer of an Accountable Care Organization and responsible for building the infrastructure of a dual TIN national ACO. From 2016 to 2018, they were the Vice President of Clinical Services for The Garage In. Since 2018, they have been the Regional Vice President for Caravan Health.
Dani Brennan received their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Sociology with a concentration in Social Work from Ball State University. In 2007, they obtained their Licensed Nurse from The College of Nursing and Advanced Health Professions at The Chicago School. In 2016, they earned their Executive Management Certified from the Management and Strategy Institute. Dani also holds a Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certified from the Management and Strategy Institute.
