Sam Petersen

Sam Petersen is an experienced construction professional with a substantial background in project management and supervision. Currently serving as a Project Superintendent at The Garrett Co since December 2016, Sam has overseen operations for a multi-family apartment complex valued at $35 million. Previous roles include Superintendent at Richmond American Homes and Field Project Engineer at Thompson Thrift Development/Construction, where Sam managed multiple large-scale multi-family projects. Sam's expertise encompasses scheduling, inspections, and collaborating with subcontractors to ensure project success. With a degree in Finance from the University of Colorado Denver and a strong foundation in business administration, Sam also brings valuable logistics and customer service experience from previous positions in sales and coordination.
