Don is Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for The Garrett Group. Don manages program management and contract capture personnel as well as the financial execution of the company. A former USAF officer, his military career included flying tours in the RC-135 and B-1B, joint assignments and operational command. Don also serves as the Chairman of the politically elected Sarpy County Board of Commissioners and oversees all County funds and business-related activities for the fastest growing county in Nebraska. Don sits on the Board of Directors for the 55th Wing Association, Sarpy County Economic Development Corporation, Sarpy and Cass County Health Department and serves as Chairman of the Sarpy County and Cities Wastewater Agency.
