Sonia Solicari

Sonia Solicari is a seasoned museum professional with extensive experience in curatorial and management roles. Currently serving as the Director of the Museum of the Home since January 2017, Sonia has previously held significant positions including Head at Guildhall Art Gallery & London's Roman Amphitheatre from April 2013 to January 2017 and Principal Curator at Guildhall Art Gallery, City of London from September 2010 to April 2013. Sonia's earlier experience includes a tenure at the Victoria and Albert Museum from 2002 to 2010, where responsibilities included curating ceramics and glass and developing new galleries. Throughout these roles, Sonia has demonstrated expertise in exhibitions and events, collections management, research, and marketing and promotion.
