Andrew Williams

As SVP of Business Development, Andrew is responsible for driving Libra’s go-to-market strategy and revenue realization to achieve our growth objectives. He is responsible for directing all of Libra’s Customer Relationships, Account Management and Sales & Marketing activities. With over 30 years of experience in the manufacturing sector, Andrew is a transformational business leader with expertise in driving value business partnerships and management of complex customer engagements. Andrew’s passion is developing long-term partnerships that provide sustainable competitive advantage for our customers. Prior to joining Libra, Andrew held executive leadership positions at Jabil, Sanmina and Kimball Electronics. Andrew holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Jacksonville State University and a MBA from Belmont Abbey College. Andrew is a Certified Net Promoter Associate with extensive continuing education in areas of finance, negotiation, and general leadership.
