Matthew Banis brings extensive experience in military training, supervision, and program management. Currently serving as Doctrine Program Manager at The Gemini 3 Group, Inc., Matthew oversees human resources for the Doctrine Writing team, ensuring all milestones in performance work statements are met. Previous roles include Doctrine Writer, where Matthew developed and reviewed Army doctrinal publications, and multiple instructional positions focusing on the 94Y Military Occupational Specialty. Matthew has also held significant leadership roles in the US Army, including Senior Instructor and First Sergeant, where responsibilities encompassed training oversight, personnel development, and operational management worth millions in training assets. Matthew holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from Saint Leo University, expected June 2024, and an Associate of Arts in General Studies from Central Texas College.
