Gregory A. Weaver is a seasoned healthcare leader with extensive experience in healthcare administration and physical therapy. Currently serving as a Research Physical Therapist at The Geneva Foundation since August 2019, Gregory collaborates with providers to manage research protocols involving up to 300 subjects. Previously, Gregory dedicated over three decades to the US Army, where roles included Senior Vice President of Patient Services and Deputy Commander, overseeing approximately 1,800 staff members across multiple departments in a major DoD medical facility. Noteworthy contributions include transforming Army medicine with innovations in physical therapy service delivery, establishing the Army's first Virtual Medical Center, and significantly enhancing operational efficiencies through strategic initiatives. Gregory holds an MBA in Strategy and Leadership from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, alongside multiple advanced degrees in physical therapy and related fields from Baylor University and Guilford College.
