Dr. Juan Castillo

Dr. Juan Castillo is an experienced executive in the field of correctional health services, currently serving as the Vice President of Health Services for The GEO Group, Inc., a global leader in correctional, detention, and community reentry services. With a robust background in the Federal Bureau of Prisons spanning over two decades, Dr. Castillo held various significant positions, including Regional Director for the Western Region, overseeing 19 federal correctional institutions, and serving as Warden, responsible for the management of large inmate populations and operational budgets. Dr. Castillo's experience encompasses comprehensive oversight of health service departments, human resource management, and program development, underpinned by a Doctor of Medicine degree from Universidad Central del Este.
