Dr. Roldens Paulynice

Dr. Roldens Paulynice is an experienced educator and vocational instructor currently working with The GEO Group, Inc. since 2019 as an Academic and Vocational Instructor specializing in Nursery Management. Dr. Paulynice has developed a curriculum aimed at providing inmates and detainees with the skills necessary for success in horticulture and related fields while also serving in various teaching roles, including Pre-GED and ABE instruction and substance abuse counseling. Dr. Paulynice's educational background includes ongoing studies for a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at West Coast University and a Doctor of Philosophy in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Grand Canyon University, alongside other advanced degrees in Educational Leadership, Hospitality Management, and Economics. Through a diverse range of roles, Dr. Paulynice has demonstrated a strong commitment to educational development and support for vulnerable populations.
