Rico C. Wade has extensive experience in human resources leadership. Their most recent position was as the Chief Human Resources Officer at The GW Medical Faculty Associates. Rico C. Wade, DM, SPHR, SHRM - SCP, has an extensive educational background in the field of human resources and leadership. Rico C. holds a Doctorate of Management (D.M.) in Executive Leadership Diversity and Inclusion from the University of Maryland Global Campus. Prior to their doctoral degree, Rico completed a Master of Science (M.S.) in Human Resources Development at Towson University. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Communications, also from Towson University.
