Malika Fair

Malika Fair serves as the Senior Director of Equity and Social Accountability at the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC), a position held since October 2012, and has also taken on roles such as Senior Director of Health Equity Partnerships and Programs and Director of Public Health Initiatives. Concurrently, Malika Fair is an Associate Clinical Professor of Emergency Medicine at The GW Medical Faculty Associates since July 2019. Previous experience includes serving as Vice Chair at United Medical Center from April 2016 to July 2022 and as an Assistant Clinical Professor of Emergency Medicine at George Washington University from August 2009 to June 2019. Malika Fair's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Stanford University, a medical degree from the University of Michigan Medical School, and a degree in public health from the University of Michigan School of Public Health, alongside training at Carolinas Medical Center.
