Melissa la Motta

Melissa La Motta currently serves as the Compliance Policy Manager at The GW Medical Faculty Associates since January 2023. Prior to this role, Melissa held multiple positions at the PAN Foundation, including Senior Manager of Compliance, Manager of Compliance, Compliance Specialist, and Quality Assurance Analyst from August 2017 to December 2022. Additionally, Melissa worked as a Content Writer for Visit Annapolis & Anne Arundel County between August 2017 and August 2019, and as the Girl Scouts Leadership Experience Manager at the Girl Scouts of San Jacinto Council from September 2015 to March 2017. Earlier in 2014, Melissa gained experience as a Human Resources Intern at Viacom and as a Research Assistant at Ramapo College of New Jersey. Melissa is pursuing a Doctor of Law (JD) degree at the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Ramapo College of New Jersey.
