Jason Baden

Jason Baden, P.E. has extensive work experience in the construction and engineering industry. Jason began their career as a Civil Engineering Technician at Napoleon Engineering & Surveying, Inc. in 1996 before moving on to work as a Civil Engineer/Civil Design Technician at Fulton County Engineer's Office in 1997. In 2002, Baden joined Environmental Design Group as a Project Engineer, where they worked until 2003. Jason then returned to Fulton County Engineer's Office as a Civil Engineer until 2008. At that time, they started working at Gerken Paving, Inc. as a Project Manager, later transitioning to the role of Area Manager in 2012. From 2019 to 2022, Baden served as the Vice President of Gerken Paving, Inc. before becoming the Vice President of Kuhlman Corp. in 2022. As of 2023, they are currently the President of the Ready Mixed Concrete & Building Materials Division at The Gerken Companies, overseeing multiple ready mixed concrete business units and a building materials supply unit.

Jason Baden, P.E. holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from The University of Toledo, which they completed from 2015 to 2017. Jason also earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Construction Engineering Technology from the same institution from 1999 to 2001. Additionally, they obtained an Associate of Science (AS) in Civil Engineering Technology from The University of Toledo between 1993 and 1996. Jason Baden also participated in the University of Toledo's Advanced Leadership Academy, earning a certification in February 2016. Jason holds an Ohio Professional Engineer certification, although the institution they obtained it from is not specified.
