Hayes Barnard

Hayes Barnard has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 1997, they started their career as an Account Manager at Oracle, where they worked until 2003. In 2003, they founded Paramount Equity Mortgage, LLC and served as the Founder and Executive Chairman. In 2006, they also founded Paramount Equity Insurance Services and held the positions of Founder, CEO, and Chairman until 2014. From 2009 to 2013, they founded and held the roles of Founder, CEO, and Chairman at Paramount Equity Solar. In 2013, they joined SolarCity as the Chief Revenue Officer until 2016. In 2014, they founded GivePower, a nonprofit organization focused on delivering clean energy technologies to developing countries. Lastly, in 2018, they founded GoodLeap LLC and currently serves as the Founder, Chairman, and CEO. Hayes also co-founded GoodFinch in 2020 as the Co-Founder and Chairman.

Hayes Barnard holds a BSBA degree in Marketing from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
