Mohanad Adam has a diverse work experience spanning over 13 years. Mohanad started their career as a Data Entry Specialist at Khartoum Locality in 2008. In 2012, they worked as a Call Center Agent at Zain, and then briefly at Sudatel Telecom Group, Ltd as a Call Center Agent. From 2016 to 2019, they worked as a Customer Service Agent at MTN. In 2020, they joined Sun & Sand Sports as a Call Centre Officer, and currently, they are working at The Giving Movement as a Customer Service Specialist.
From 2003 to 2007, Mohanad Adam attended the University of Khartoum where they obtained a High School Diploma in English/Language Arts Teacher Education.
