Alan Metelsky

Alan Metelsky is a seasoned controls engineer with extensive experience in the field of machine safety. Since June 2010, Alan has served as the Chief Controls Engineer at Design Safety Engineering, Inc., focusing on consulting and training in areas such as risk assessment and OSHA compliance. Alan has also held the position of Chief Engineer, Controls, and Manager of Controls Engineering at The Gleason Works since January 2005. Additionally, Alan contributed to academic excellence as an Adjunct Faculty member in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the Rochester Institute of Technology from May 2011 to May 2022.
