Curt Kulczycki is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in application engineering, warranty reliability, gear development, and tooling processes. Currently serving as a Regional Application Engineer at The Gleason Works since September 2007, Curt facilitates technical coordination related to machines and tools for bevel gears. Prior roles at Chrysler included Warranty Reliability Powertrain Specialist, where Curt created cross-functional teams to address warranty issues, and Gear Development Engineer, focused on hypoid bevel gear sets. Earlier experience at Chrysler also encompassed Tool & Process Engineer and Project Engineer at Blue Water Plastics, where Curt managed injection molding programs and supported production processes. An academic background includes a Master’s degree in Automotive Systems Engineering from the University of Michigan-Dearborn and a Bachelor’s degree in Plastics Engineering from Kettering University.
