Sunetro Lahiri has an extensive work experience in the creative field. Sunetro is currently the Chief Creative Officer (CCO) at The Glitch, a position they have held since June 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Creative Services from June 2021 to May 2022 and as an Associate Vice President from June 2019 to May 2021. Sunetro has also held various roles at The Glitch, including Creative Director (WEST), Senior Creative Director, Creative Director, Senior Group Head of Brand Strategy, Associate Group Head, Senior Manager of Brand Strategy, Manager of Brand Strategy, and Producer.

Before joining The Glitch, Sunetro worked as a Freelancer for Bennett Coleman and Co. Ltd. (Times Group) from November 2008 to January 2010. Sunetro also worked as a Freelancer in Events and Management for the British Council from August 2006 to May 2008.

Sunetro Lahiri completed their high school education at St. Xavier's Ranchi from 1994 to 2003. Sunetro then attended Future Foundation School in Kolkata from 2003 to 2005 for their high school education, where they studied Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies, and Humanities. From 2005 to 2008, Sunetro pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from St. Xavier's College (Autonomous) in Kolkata. Sunetro later completed a Master's Degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Symbiosis Institute Of Media And Communication in Pune, from 2010 to 2012.
