Erica Gonzalez has a diverse professional background in project management, executive assistance, and ESG coordination. Currently working at The Global Energy Alliance for People and Planet (GEAPP) in the Partnerships & Strategy role, Erica previously held positions at Blackstone, Korn Ferry, and Northwell Health. Erica also has experience in fieldwork as a Field Specialist at the Global Volunteer Network. Erica holds a Master of Arts in Political Science & Global Affairs from The Graduate Center, City University of New York, a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences and Psychology from Adelphi University, and an Associate of Arts in Psychology from Nassau Community College.
