Lyza Shodu O. is an experienced professional in the energy sector, currently serving as the DRC Country Lead for The Global Energy Alliance for People and Planet (GEAPP) since April 2023, where efforts focus on enhancing electricity access in collaboration with government and private sector partners. Concurrently, Lyza holds the position of Project Manager for Fonds Mwinda at ANSER, the DRC Rural/Periurban National Electrification Agency. Previous roles include Project Manager for the Access to Electricity initiative under the ESSOR program funded by FCDO, and Senior Consultant at Adam Smith International, leading efforts to bolster the renewable energy sector in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
