Nessa Santos

Nessa Santos has extensive experience in human resources and partnership stewardship, currently serving as Manager for Partnership Stewardship and HR Transformation at The Global Energy Alliance for People and Planet since May 2022. Prior roles include Talent Solutions Specialist and HR Project Analyst at Standard Chartered Bank, where responsibilities involved performance management and HR analytics aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness. Nessa's career also features roles in freelance behavior therapy, payroll management, and journalism, including travel editing. Nessa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of the Philippines and has pursued further education at IDEO U and the National University of Singapore.
