Marguerite Massinga Loembe is a seasoned expert in health systems strengthening and laboratory management with extensive experience across various global health organizations. Currently serving as an Independent Contractor at Resolve To Save Lives and a Senior Consultant at Matahari Global Solutions, Marguerite provides technical guidance in implementing performance improvement strategies in West and Central Africa. In addition, Marguerite holds key positions on the Technical Review Panel for The Global Fund and as Chair of the Global Laboratory Initiative Working Core Group for the Stop TB Partnership, demonstrating leadership in advancing laboratory capabilities for TB diagnostics. Previous roles include Senior Science Manager at the African Society for Laboratory Medicine and Senior Laboratory Advisor at the Africa Centres for Disease Control and Prevention, where Marguerite played a pivotal role in enhancing public health laboratory preparedness and response. Marguerite earned a post-doctorate in epidemiology and multiple degrees in microbiology from Université Laval.
