Caroline W. Njoroge

CAROLINE W. NJOROGE is an experienced accounting professional with a strong background in international accounting and financial management. Currently serving as the Accounting Manager at Global Refuge since November 2023, CAROLINE previously held several senior management positions, including Director of International Accounting, Finance, and Administration at Corus International and Senior Manager of Financial Reporting at IMA World Health and Lutheran World Relief. CAROLINE's extensive experience encompasses financial reporting, analysis, ERP management, and team supervision across various organizations, such as GBMC HealthCare and Danfoss. CAROLINE holds a Master of Science in Accounting and Financial Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and Accounting from Kenyatta University, complemented by foundational education at Strathmore Business School and Marymount Girls High School in Kenya.
