Sarah Bond

Sarah Bond has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources. Sarah began their HR career as an Assistant Director at Fairmont Hotels and Resorts in 1998. Sarah then worked as a Human Resources Consultant at St. Michael's Hospital from 1999 to 2007. Sarah then joined Bell Media Inc as a Human Resources Manager from 2007 to 2011. Currently, they are working at The Globe and Mail where they started as a Human Resources Manager in 2011 and was later promoted to Director of Human Resources in 2016. In their current role, Sarah oversees the daily operation of the HR department, including recruitment, talent development, performance management, and employee relations. Sarah also partners with senior leaders to provide strategic HR support.

Sarah Bond attended Sheridan College from 1994 to 1995, where they studied Human Resource Management at the post-secondary level. Prior to that, from 1990 to 1994, they attended the University of Guelph, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.
