Nina Sjolund

Nina Sjolund is Group Head of Talent and Development at Go-Ahead Group, with a remit encompassing coaching, leadership development, management training and upskilling in the bus and rail companies. She joined Go-Ahead in 2022, having previously worked in the retail and media industries.

She works across all people areas, developing career pathways, talent frameworks and development opportunities to grow and invest in the people in aligned with business needs.
