Dr. Eda Çalışkan

Dr. Eda Çalışkan is the Head of Group Talent Development at IFFCO Group since September 2023, bringing extensive experience in organizational and talent development. Prior roles at GE include Head of Organization and Talent Development for the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa (META), where responsibilities encompassed driving talent strategy, inclusivity initiatives, and leadership development across multiple sectors. Dr. Çalışkan's career also includes significant contributions in HR compliance and talent management at GE Healthcare and background as an HR Business Partner at Microsoft. With a PhD in Organizational Behaviour from Marmara University and multiple advanced degrees in Human Resources and Business Administration, Dr. Çalışkan has demonstrated a commitment to fostering diverse and effective workplaces throughout a career spanning over 15 years.
