Phil Southall

Phil is the Managing Director of the Oxford Bus Company and its sister companies Thames Travel, Carousel Buses and City Sightseeing Oxford. He has worked in the transport industry for over 20 years across a variety of operational, commercial and service delivery roles in Staffordshire, Lancashire and the North East of England, in addition to Oxfordshire where he has been since 2012.

He is the Oxfordshire President of Thames Valley Chamber of Commerce and Regional Chair of CPT London and South East. He sits on the board of the Transport Knowledge Hub, chairs the Oxfordshire Strategic Transport Forum, is a non-executive Director of the OxLEP, and a member of the Strategic Transport Forum at England's Economic Heartland.
