Brett Russell

Brett Russell is an experienced operations leader with a diverse background in restaurant and startup management. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at The Golden Mill since January 2023, Brett has previously held similar roles at Alpine Modern and Snooze an A.M. Eatery, where significant operational improvements were achieved. Brett's tenure at Greenling, Inc. involved transforming Austin operations to successfully manage a major investment round and doubling revenue during the DFW market launch. As the Owner/Operator of Italiannis Restaurant, Brett increased annual sales significantly. Brett holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from The University of Texas at Austin and Texas McCombs School of Business.
