Amir Darabi

Amir Darabi has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. In 1995, they started their career at Pizza Express as a General Manager and Regional Trainer. From 2006 to 2009, they worked at Clapham House Group as a Regional Support Manager. In 2009, Amir became the Managing Director of ShakeTastic, where they expanded the company to 16 stores and established it as a leading destination brand worldwide. In 2014, they founded tZing! as a brand under the ShakeTastic umbrella, focusing on luxury cakes, pastries, and beverages. In 2018, Amir joined The Good Egg as a Flagship General Manager, where they proved profitability and implemented effective management systems. Currently, they hold the position of Operations Manager at The Good Egg, working alongside the founders to further grow and develop the company.

Amir Darabi attended The John Lyon School from 1993 to 2000, where they pursued A Levels in Economics, Maths, and English Literature. Following that, they studied at the University of Westminster from 1997 to 2001, obtaining a BA degree in Economics for Business.
