Liz Fathman

Liz Fathman is a seasoned professional in communications and anthropology with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Communications at The Good Food Institute since September 2022, Fathman previously held multiple positions at Missouri Botanical Garden, including Director of Marketing and Communications and Director of Print and Digital Media. Fathman's role involved overseeing content strategy, creative services, and the management of various media channels. Prior experience includes directing the internship program and serving as an Assistant Professor of Anthropology at St. Louis University, along with a tenure as Senior Editor at Elsevier. Fathman holds a PhD in Anthropology from the University of Virginia and a BA in Anthropology from Grinnell College.
