Mackenzie Battle

Mackenzie Battle is a Regulatory Attorney at The Good Food Institute since July 2023, previously serving as Assistant Consumer Advocate and Law Clerk at the Pennsylvania Office of Consumer Advocate from August 2021 to July 2023. Earlier experience includes a Summer Honors Internship at the Center for Agriculture and Food Systems at Vermont Law School, a Researcher role in the AUWCL Environmental Law Practicum, and a Legal Intern position at the Government Accountability Project focusing on Environment, Energy, and Climate Change. Mackenzie also worked as a Consulting Intern at Changing Our World in 2017. Educational qualifications include a J.D., cum laude, from American University Washington College of Law and a B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Environmental Studies from the University of Michigan.
